The Value of Feelings

The term ‘value’ is defined as the regard that something is held to deserve; the importance of something. In this collection, different metals (‘precious’ and ‘non-precious’) are juxtaposed to draw attention to the concept of value. Base metals are used as canvases, giving them their nobility. The different parts gather to form a series of one-off brooches to be worn close to the heart.
